Dave Coates is a member of the International Organisation of Professional Drivers (IOPD) Recognised as an Authorising Body under Statutory Instrument 1370 of the Road Traffic Regulations 1992195 The International Organisation of Professional Drivers (hereafter called the IOPD) was incorporated on the 22nd January 1990. Dave is categorised as a 'Precision Motorcycle Riding Expert' for the purposes of the Organisation.
